The 6,6 liter Duramax V8 engine is the one that is rumored to be used in the 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500. It is a great diesel engine that provide you with up to 397 horsepower and 765 lb-ft torque. You notice at once, this 2016 Chevy Silverado duramax engine provide much more power in comparison to the basic model petrol engine.
If the rumors are proven to be true, this will be a great improvement to the Chevy Silverado series. Besides of all that, these engines options will be paired with a 6-speed transmission system.
